First call for papers and web-page of the symposium open on the IUFRO web-site. |
| 10 November 2009: |
Deadline for abstracts to be submitted from 1st call for papers. Proposals should include title of papers/posters with authors and extended abstract. (example) |
| 1 December 2009: |
Notification of decisions concerning paper acceptance; a list of accepted papers/posters will be posted on the web-page of the symposium. |
| 10 January 2009: |
Second call for papers; extended abstracts to be submitted by 31th January 2010. |
| 15 February 2010: |
Notification of acceptance of abstracts from 2nd call for papers; papers will be accepted after this time only on a space-available basis. |
| 15 April 2010: |
Full papers or copies of posters to be sent to organisers for inclusion in the conference folders. |
| 15 April 2010: |
EARLY REGISTRATION CLOSED: Deadline for registration at special rate; deadline for registration to post-conference tour. |
| 15 May 2010: |
NORMAL REGISTRATION CLOSED: Late registrations will only be accepted on a space-available basis. |
